Item Production and Shipping

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the production and shipping of items provided by our company. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Orders and Production

1.1 Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Production timelines vary based on the item type and quantity; estimated production times will be communicated upon order confirmation.

1.3 Custom orders may require additional processing time. Any design approvals must be provided by the customer before production begins.

1.4 We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate legal, ethical, or company policies.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3 Taxes, duties, and other fees may apply based on the shipping destination and are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Estimated shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided before production commences.

3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

3.3 Any damage or loss during shipping must be reported to us within seven [07] days of receipt with photographic evidence (clear photos and/or videos).

3.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1 Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

4.2 Requests for cancellations must be communicated in writing before production begins.

5. Liability and Warranty

5.1 We guarantee that items will be produced as per agreed specifications.

5.2 We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or external circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 In a very rare occasion in which production items are defective, replacements for defective items will be processed after verification and approval.

5.4 Any claims must be submitted in writing within seven [07] days of receipt of the items.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All designs, trademarks, and materials provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Customers submitting custom designs must ensure they own or have permission to use the design.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
